Valentine's Day Tag

How long have you been together? Four and a 1/2 years!

How long did you date? We dated for one year (engaged for 4 months)

How old is he? 31

Who eats more? I do, although I think my eating habits are rubbing off on him!

Who said "I love you" first? Eric

Who is taller? Eric by just two inches, so I don't wear heels very often!

Who sings better? I think we both have decent voices.

Who is smarter? We both are, but he's smarter with money!

Who does the laundry? I do, unfortunately.

Who does the dishes? I do. We used to split household chores until I became a stay-at-home mom, and now somehow they are all under my job description.

Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? Eric

Who pays the bills? Mostly Eric, but I do sometimes.

Who mows the lawn? We don't have a lawn to mow! When we do, Eric will. I did plenty of lawn mowing as a teenager!

Who cooks dinner? I do. If Eric was in charge of dinner, we would eat canned food or take-out. Thankfully, I really enjoy cooking.

Who is more stubborn? defintely, me!

Who kissed who first? Eric did, but I had waited a long time!

Who asked who out? Eric did, and I was very surprised because we did a lot of "hanging out" before we go to that point. He took me to Fogo de Chao for our first date.

Who proposed? Eric, and it was awesome! He took me out to dinner, while my roomates and best friend transformed our living room into a romantic oasis. So, when he brought me home, I opened the door to find candles everywhere and dessert set for two. I sat at the table, and he got on one knee and proposed. It was an unforgettable evening.

Who is more sensitive? defintely me--I cry at the drop of a hat!

Who has more friends? we both are very social, although I have lived in a lot of places, and collected friends along the way...

Who has more siblings? he has one more--he has two brothers and four sisters, and I have two sisters and three brothers.

Who wears the pants in the relationship? we both do, although my friends think I do since I have such a strong personality. But, we talk about everything and make all decisions together.

Those of you that know me know that I LOVE surprises! I decorated the car this morning so when Eric went to work he would get in and feel the love! yes, that is the Honda Civic I've had for nine years! Now, its pretty much Eric's car since I drive the "family car".

Its always nice to spend Valentine's Day with your one and only! Eric is my best friend and I am very blessed to have him as my husband! Eric and I plan to go to dinner and a movie tomorrow night while my parents babysit! This is exciting considering I have only been to the movies ONCE since I had the kids. Yeah, we love Netflix!

This is our fourth Valentine's together (counting the one when we dated), although the first one we spent with his family. No, we're not crazy, but my sister-in-law, Talitha's birthday is the same day!
